When reserving a puppy from Tiny Paw Store, you have two convenient options for receiving your new companion.
You are welcome to collect your puppy in person, or, if you are unable to travel, we can help arrange private puppy transportation with a travel nanny.
We do not transport puppies as standard cargo.
If you are able to travel, you are welcome to arrange an appointment to collect your puppy in person once your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and ready to leave our care.
Because the health and safety of our puppies are extremely important to us, all visits and pickups must be arranged in advance.
Young puppies are particularly vulnerable to infectious diseases such as canine parvovirus. To help reduce unnecessary exposure, we ask all visitors to follow these simple precautions:
Please arrange your visit or pickup appointment in advance.
Please do not bring other dogs onto the property unless we have specifically agreed to it in advance.
Please avoid visiting other breeders, kennels, dog parks, or areas with a high concentration of dogs immediately before your visit.
Please wear clean clothing and footwear when visiting.
We may ask visitors to use disposable protective shoe covers before entering areas where puppies are kept. These will be provided when necessary.
Please avoid unnecessary contact with unfamiliar dogs before your visit.
If you have recently been around a sick animal or an animal suspected of having an infectious disease, please let us know before your appointment.
These precautions help us reduce the risk of introducing infectious diseases and protect our puppies and adult dogs.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Before your visit:
Arrange your pickup appointment in advance.
Ensure your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and has been cleared for collection.
Avoid unnecessary contact with unfamiliar dogs immediately before visiting.
Follow our visitor hygiene and biosecurity instructions.
Do not bring another dog unless previously approved.
Our goal is to make your puppy’s transition to your home as safe and comfortable as possible.
If you are unable to collect your puppy in person, we may be able to arrange transportation through a private puppy travel nanny, depending on your destination, available routes, and travel requirements.
The transportation fee is €1,200, subject to confirmation of the destination and travel arrangements.
Depending on the destination and availability, transportation may be arranged by ground transport or accompanied air travel.
For destinations that can be reached by ground transportation, the puppy may travel with a dedicated nanny who can provide regular care and appropriate breaks during the journey.
The nanny will monitor the puppy throughout the trip and arrange appropriate stops for food, water, comfort, and bathroom breaks as needed.
Where available, ground transportation can provide door-to-door delivery.
When air transportation is required and an appropriate travel nanny is available, the puppy may travel accompanied by the nanny rather than being transported as unaccompanied cargo.
The nanny will remain responsible for the puppy during the journey and will provide appropriate care throughout the travel process.
Depending on the airline, airport, and destination requirements, the buyer may be required to meet the nanny and puppy at a designated airport for collection.
All travel arrangements are confirmed with the buyer before transportation is scheduled.
We currently arrange puppy transportation to selected destinations, including:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇩🇪 Germany
🇳🇱 Netherlands
🇦🇺 Australia
Availability may vary depending on the puppy’s age, destination, airline or transportation requirements, travel dates, and applicable import regulations.
If your country is not listed above, please contact us. We can check whether transportation can be arranged for your location.
International puppy transportation is subject to the requirements of the destination country and the applicable transportation provider.
Depending on the destination, additional requirements may include:
Veterinary health documentation
Microchipping
Vaccinations
Parasite treatment
Import permits or other documentation
Airline or transportation requirements
Additional waiting periods where required by law
We will discuss the applicable requirements with you before transportation is arranged.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate destination information and completing any required documentation or import procedures that are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend confirming all applicable import requirements before making final travel arrangements.
Whether you collect your puppy in person or use our private travel service, our priority is to ensure that your puppy travels safely and receives appropriate care throughout the journey.
For transportation questions or to confirm availability for your destination, please contact Tiny Paw Store before making your travel arrangements.
